My Walmart card is monthly reported to Trans Union and Equifax.

If it is a visa or mastercard logo credit card, or if you have been paying in good terms, it could be their policy to not report to the major credit bureaus, but if you don’t pay on time, or are delinquent now that is a horse of a different color. It will probably be reported then.

First off, generally, court judgments are picked up by the credit bureaus, so it may already be on there as long as you recorded the judgment.

There is a fee, but for the cost, which is low, it is an effective service.

Melisa is incorrect. You actually have to have a contract with the credit bureaus…these are usually too expensive for individuals to get on a case by case basis unless you are running a fairly decent sized small business.

Credit bureaus will not accept a “report” from any Joe Blow on the street just because they fill out a form.

Technically, you may not have to. Most courts report to the credit bureaus if there is a judgment (which is different from collections)…check to see if yours does.
