Greg Johnson: State attains lofty pro-business rankings
Tennessee’s unemployment rate bumped to 9.7 percent last month. A recent Vanderbilt poll found 36 percent of Tennesseans surveyed said they were worse off than they were last summer, and 52 percent said they’re just treading water. Only 27 percent of Tennesseans expect to be better off a year from now, while 20 percent think their economic situation will get worse.

I have a judgment from a Michigan court. The tenant is suppose to make monthly payments and missed last month. How do I make sure the judgment is on the former tenants credit report? Should I report the full judgment?

Citi Says Many More Customers Were Affected by Data Theft
